What if I need to pause?
Life happens. If you need to cancel temporarily, your early adopter price is held for 60 days. Come back within two months and you pick up right where you left off — same price, same benefits.
After 60 days, your early adopter status expires and you'd rejoin at whatever the current price is at that time. We want to be straightforward about this: the price lock rewards the stands that stay with us through the seasons, and we think that's fair.

What counts as "active" to keep my price lock?
Simply keep your subscription running. You don't need to update your listing every week or hit any activity minimums. As long as your payment is current, your early adopter rate stays locked.
Can I pause my subscription over winter?
You can cancel any time, but your early adopter price is only held for 60 days. Many seasonal stands keep their subscription active year-round — your listing stays visible to shoppers planning for spring, and it’s less than the cost of a coffee per week.
What happens if my payment fails?
We retry automatically and send you a heads-up email. You get a 3-day grace period before your listing is paused. Fix the payment within 60 days and your early adopter rate stays intact.
Will my price really never go up?
Correct. Your $16/month rate is permanently locked as long as your subscription stays active (within the 60-day grace window). Even if the standard price rises to $25 or $30 in future years, yours stays at $16.
What if I have multiple stands?
Each stand is its own listing at $16/month. If you sign up multiple stands during launch season, each one gets the early adopter lock independently.
