Aiya’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha is light and smooth with a pleasant vegetal aftertaste. An organic Matcha of this quality is rare, even in the Japanese market. Unlike organic fruits and vegetables, organic Matcha is extremely difficult to produce. 

How to Mix Matcha
  • Mix ½ to 1 tsp. matcha with 1 tbsp. water in a cup to make a smooth paste. Stir in 8 oz steaming hot (but not boiling) water

Traditional Matcha Mixing: 

  • Sift 1 to 2 bamboo spoons in a matcha bowl. Pour in 4 oz steaming hot water (but not boiling). Rapidly beat with a bamboo whisk in a zigzag pattern until smooth and frothy
