Genestra: Active B6 Pyridoxal (60softgel)

Active B₆ Pyridoxal is a source of vitamin B₆ in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (PLP).  Each softgel contains 50mg of PLP per serving.

PLP is an important cofactor in:

1) Fatty acid metabolism, including the production of important omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids;

2) Carbohydrate metabolism, including the breakdown of glycogen into glucose;

3) Amino acid metabolism, including neurotransmitter synthesis and the conversion of tryptophan into niacin

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 softgel two times daily unless otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Children (7 to 15 years old) Take 1 softgel once daily, unless directed otherwise by a health care practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Keep in cool,, dry place. Do not use if safety seal is broken.
