Sprouted Chickpea Salad

  • 2 Cups dried Inari Sprouted Chickpeas
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 Bunch Parsley
  • 1 Bunch Green onions
  • 1 Red Pepper


  1. Cook Chickpeas as directed on package, drain well set aside to cool.
  2. Seed cucumber and chop along with parsley green onions and red pepper.
  3. Set aside in salad bowl.


  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix with salad!
