Preparing Lentils 
  1. Wash Lentils
  2. Bring to a boil in 3 parts water for 1 part lentils
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes

Suggestion: In salads, sleep in oil & vinegar sauce or simply add into soups or chili's!
